Summary: | The system comprises a fluidized bed furnace, a cyclone dust collector, a condenser and a cloth bag dust collector, the fluidized bed furnace is provided with a feeding port, the upper end of the fluidized bed furnace is connected with the cyclone dust collector, and the lower end of the fluidized bed furnace is connected with an inert gas source; the cyclone dust collector is connected with the condenser, and the condenser is connected with the bag collector. The recovery method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing coke powder as a reducing agent with electric furnace dust, and adding into a fluidized bed furnace; (2) introducing hot inert gas into the lower end of the fluidized bed furnace for bottom blowing; and (3) after the zinc reaches the boiling point, zinc steam is guided into a condenser through a cyclone dust collector to be collected.
