Summary: | The invention discloses a method for catalytically synthesizing a composite BX/Res biomass nano active material by rectorite. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, synthesizing a Res/BX binary grafted copolymer through free radical polymerization in a water solvent by taking a BX/Res compound as a raw material, AMPS as a grafting monomer and ammonium persulfate as an initiator; and by taking acetylated and acylated lactobionic acid as an esterifying agent, special montmorillonite as a main catalyst and 4-dimethylaminopyridine as an auxiliary catalyst, further synthesizing the BX/Res lactobionic acid ester grafted AMPS derivative in a dimethyl sulfoxide solvent. And then preparing the composite BX/Res biomass nano active material through a nano precipitation method. A brominated thiazole blue tetrazole (MTT) method is adopted to measure that the inhibition rates of the product on human liver cancer cells (BEL-7407) and human lung cancer cells (NCI-H460) are 38.52% and 33.74% respective |
