Summary: | The sensor sequentially comprises a substrate layer, an electrode layer, an insulating layer, a reagent layer and a sample layer from bottom to top, and the reagent layer is formed by mixing a buffer system, hydroxyethyl cellulose, a disintegrating agent, a surfactant, an electronic mediator, lactic dehydrogenase and other added stabilizers in proportion.
