Summary:The invention provides an anti-bubble error encoder for FPGA-TDC, and the encoder comprises a data receiving module which is used for receiving a thermometer code outputted by a tap delay chain, and dividing the thermometer code into a plurality of data segments according to a preset size; the plurality of thermometer code decoders are connected with the data receiving module, and each thermometer code decoder is used for receiving one data segment, identifying the number of taps with 0-1 hopping or 1-0 hopping in the data segment and converting the number of the taps into binary codes; and the adder module is connected with the output ends of the thermometer code decoders and is used for adding the binary codes converted by the thermometer code decoders to obtain the binary codes of the total number of taps which are hopped.
