Summary: | The invention provides a high-strength grouting material modified by an anti-sticking polycarboxylate superplasticizer as well as a preparation method and application of the high-strength grouting material. The composite cement-based material comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 70-80 parts of cement, 3-8 parts of polypropylene fiber, 1-5 parts of gypsum and 5-20 parts of fly ash; the composite admixture comprises the following components in parts by weight: 3-10 parts of a gelatinizing agent, 0.5-2 parts of an anti-sticking polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent and 0.5-2 parts of an accelerator; and 35-48 parts of water.
