Summary: | The invention provides a method for preparing aggregate from electrolytic manganese residues and cooperatively preparing acid, which comprises the following steps: firstly, drying the electrolytic manganese residues, and preparing ammonia water and concentrated sulfuric acid from the obtained first flue gas; then, the dried manganese slag, a regulator and first pulverized coal are subjected to mixed grinding and pressing, then fuel and industrial oxygen are introduced, raw mixed slag is roasted, and obtained second flue gas is returned to the drying step; cooling the roasted manganese slag, and returning the flue gas to the roasting step; and finally, the cooled roasted manganese slag is sequentially subjected to first screening, shaping and second screening, and artificial sand and coarse aggregate are obtained.
