The invention discloses an automatic pipe column transfer device, and belongs to the technical field of oil and gas field pipe column tripping. The device comprises a well mouth fixing platform, a well mouth working platform, a pipe column lifting device, a lifting manipulator, a pipe column variable-amplitude underframe assembly and a modular pipe bin. A heightening nipple is additionally arranged between the wellhead fixing platform and the wellhead working platform, and at least one guide rail nipple is additionally arranged on the lower portion of a fixing frame guide rail of the pipe column lifting device and used for prolonging the length of the fixing frame guide rail. A lifting frame of the pipe column lifting device is flexibly lifted through a steel wire rope, and the lifting frame comprises an anti-falling mechanism. By additionally arranging the guide rail, the height change of the wellhead working platform can be flexibly adapted, the adjustment is flexible, and the cost is low. The limitation of
