The fireproof flame-retardant foam double-sided adhesive tape comprises a foam carrier layer with the thickness of 30-1000 [mu] m and at least one adhesive layer with the dry glue thickness of 100-500 [mu] m, the adhesive layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15 to 40 parts of quaternary ammonium salt modified acrylic acid, 20 to 40 parts of 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, 20 to 30 parts of tackifying resin, 8 to 10 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 2 to 3 parts of dodecanethiol, 2 to 4 parts of a nonionic surfactant, 1 to 2 parts of a second flame retardant and 0.5 to 1 part of a flame-retardant aid.
