Summary:The invention provides meloxicam self-assembled nanoparticles as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the field of pharmaceutical preparations. Comprising the following steps: (1) synthesizing a polypeptide C16-K (PpIX)-CGNKRTR by using ammonia resin solid-phase peptide; dissolving polypeptide with DMSO, and performing ultrasonic treatment to form a polypeptide solution; (2) respectively preparing Mel and PEG2000 into a Mel solution and a PEG solution by using DMSO (Dimethylsulfoxide); the Mel solution and the PEG solution are mixed to obtain a Mel-PEG mixed solution, the Mel-PEG mixed solution is mixed with water for ultrasonic treatment and then mixed with the polypeptide solution for ultrasonic treatment, and an ultrasonic solution is obtained; and finally, dialyzing the ultrasonic solution to obtain the meloxicam self-assembled nanoparticles.
