The present disclosure provides a conversion control device for driving an LED lamp panel, a conversion control chip and a display device wherein the conversion control device accesses and parses input data by using an input module, accesses the parsed input data by sequentially connecting a plurality of data set modules in series, and displays the parsed input data. And analyzing the input data, converting the analyzed input data into display data and time sequence information corresponding to each data group module, and generating an output time sequence of the display data of each data group module according to the time sequence information by utilizing a time sequence modulation module so as to control the time sequence of at least one LED lamp group correspondingly connected with the array of the data group module. Therefore, the MCU can lighten the LED lamp panel through the conversion control device, extra chips in the prior art are reduced, the cost is effectively saved, the number of pins of differen
