Summary:The invention discloses a small target detection method and system based on an improved Deformable-DAB-DETR. The problem of internal conflicts between queries and the problem of supervision sparsity are solved by introducing position constraint of scale perception and progressive label allocation in a training stage. Specifically, a scale-perceived position constraint is adopted, and self-adaptive position constraint is performed according to the scale of a target, so that an area in charge of each query is more concentrated. Then, one-to-many progressive label distribution is designed, supervision signals which are increased layer by layer are provided for a decoder, and label distribution which is more suitable for small targets is facilitated. The method provided by the invention can be easily integrated into other existing DETR variants, and meanwhile, only negligible parameter quantity and calculation cost are introduced, so that the detection performance of the small target is further improved. 本发明公开了一种
