The invention belongs to the field of water treatment, and particularly relates to a process system and a process method for treating bamboo pulp wastewater. The process system provided by the invention comprises: an O3-Na2S2O8 catalytic oxidation pond; the ultraviolet ray-H2O2 reactor is connected with a water outlet of the O3-Na2S2O8 catalytic oxidation pond; and the air floatation tank is connected with a water outlet of the ultraviolet ray-H2O2 reactor. According to the method, lignin, macromolecular carbohydrates, aromatic compounds and heterocyclic rings which are difficult to biochemically degrade in the bamboo pulp wastewater are subjected to ring opening and chain scission through an O3-Na2S2O8 catalytic oxidation pond, and then organic matters in effluent subjected to previous treatment are further subjected to chain scission treatment through an ultraviolet ray-H2O2 reactor; and finally, organic colloids, suspended solids and the like in the wastewater are removed through the air floatation tank.
