A clamping ring drives a main bevel gear to rotate, the main bevel gear drives an auxiliary bevel gear and a threaded guide rod to rotate along the inner wall of an arc-shaped guide plate by means of meshing between the main bevel gear and the auxiliary bevel gear, and the threaded guide rod slides along a sliding groove of a multi-sliding-groove block under the guidance of a thread between the threaded guide rod and a threaded guide block; when the positioning type sliding block drives the arc-shaped scraping plate to r
