Research finds that the falnidamol serving as an efficient ABCB1 protein inhibitor can inhibit the chemotherapeutic drug excretion function of the ABCB1 protein through interaction with a substrate binding site of the ABCB1 protein, increase the drug concentration in cells, effectively reverse ABCB1-mediated tumor multidrug resistance and improve the drug resistance of the ABCB1-mediated tumor, so that the drug resistance of the ABCB1-mediated tumor is reduced, and the drug resistance of the ABCB1-mediated tumor is improved.
