Summary: | The invention discloses a drug-loaded ureteral stent with a degradable surface and a preparation method thereof. The ureteral stent comprises an inner layer, a middle layer and an outer layer, the inner layer is a magnesium metal tube with a hollow structure; the middle layer is composed of Mg (OH) xF < 2-x >; the outer layer is prepared from poly (trimethylene carbonate) and rapamycin. The ureteral stent is prepared from magnesium metal with biocompatibility and degradability, the stent has certain mechanical stability, and degradation products are soluble and non-toxic, can be absorbed by surrounding tissues and can be discharged out of a body through urine. Compared with the existing non-degradable ureteral stent, the coated ureteral stent can avoid secondary operation.
本发明公开了一种表面可降解的载药输尿管支架及其制备方法;输尿管支架包含有:内层、中间层、外层;所述内层为镂空结构的镁金属管;所述中间层由Mg(OH)xF2-x构成;所述外层由聚三亚甲基碳酸酯和雷帕霉素构成。本发明使用兼具生物相容性与可降解性的镁金属制备输尿管支架,该支架具有一定的力学稳定性,且降解产物可溶、无毒,可被周围组织所吸收并通过尿液排出体外。与现有不可降解型输尿管支架相比,该涂层输尿管支架能够避免二次手术的进行。 |
