The method comprises the steps of obtaining historical data of operation related measuring point variables of the boiler feed pump from a database, preprocessing the historical data, including normalization processing and de-noising processing, training an original operation control model combined with mechanism data by using training data obtained after preprocessing to obtain a target operation control model, when the working condition of the boiler feed pump changes, the collected water pump current real-time data, water pump voltage real-time data, boiler wall surface pressure real-time data and boiler wall surface temperature real-time data of the boiler feed pump are input into a target operation control model, and a water pump operation control instruction output by the target operation control model is executed. And self-adaptive control is carried out on the boiler feed pump. The
