The invention relates to the technical field of cornea images, and discloses a cornea image segmentation method, device and equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: inputting a current cornea image into a preset cornea binaryzation model, and obtaining an initial binaryzation image; traversing each pixel column in the current cornea image to obtain a traversing result; determining a cornea edge range according to a traversal result in combination with the initial binary image; and based on the cornea edge range, updating the initial binary image according to the gradient change information to obtain a segmentation result of the current cornea image.
