Then the portal sealing device is integrally hoisted to a guide rail of a well mouth through a crane, the electric pushing device is started, the portal sealing device is accurately pushed into the portal, finally, the portal sealing device and a reserved steel ring of the portal are firmly fixed, the electric pushing device is dismounted, the portal sealing device is installed, and launching or receiving can be smoothly conducted.
