The method comprises the following steps: adding a ball-milled high-silicon SSZ-13 molecular sieve into initial gel as an initial seed crystal to synthesize a CHA molecular sieve, and iteratively synthesizing the pure-silicon CHA molecular sieve with higher crystallinity by taking the synthesized ball-milled pure-silicon CHA as an induction seed crystal. Compared with the prior art, the method has the characteristic of avoiding the use of HF in both the initial crystal seed synthesis process and the subsequent hydrothermal synthesis process, and has a good industrial application prospect. 本发明涉及一种纯硅CHA分子筛的合成方法,属于沸石分子筛制备技术领域。该方法是在初始凝胶中加入球磨高硅SSZ-13分子筛作为初始晶种,合成CHA分子筛,再以合成的球磨纯硅CHA为诱导晶种,迭代合成结晶度更高的纯硅CHA分子筛。与现有技术相比,本发明具有无论是初始晶种合成还是后续水热合成过程都避免了HF的使用的特点,具有良好的工业应用前景。
