Abstract The invention discloses a power converter with a low-power-consumption upper bridge driving mechanism. The first end of the upper bridge switch is coupled to an input voltage. The first end of the lower bridge switch is connected with the second end of the upper bridge switch. The second end of the lower bridge switch is grounded. The first end of the bootstrap capacitor is connected with a node between the second end of the upper bridge switch and the first end of the lower bridge switch. The second end of the bootstrap capacitor is connected with the charging circuit.
