The first end of the bootstrap capacitor is connected with a node between the second end of the upper bridge switch and the first end of the lower bridge switch. The second end of the bootstrap capacitor is connected with the charging circuit. The charging circuit charges the bootstrap capacitor, detects data of the bootstrap capacitor, and determines whether to adjust or stop charging the bootstrap capacitor according to the detected data of the bootstrap capacitor.
