The invention provides a temperature control system and a control method thereof. The temperature control system comprises a first secondary refrigerant loop, a second secondary refrigerant loop, a refrigerant loop, a first control valve and a heat exchanger. The refrigerant circuit includes an evaporator. The first secondary refrigerant loop comprises a first temperature control module communicating with a secondary refrigerant channel of the evaporator and is used for exchanging heat with first equipment through the first temperature control module. The second secondary refrigerant loop comprises a second temperature control module and a dry cooler which are connected in series, an outlet of the dry cooler is connected with an inlet of a second channel of the heat exchanger, and an outlet of the second channel is connected with an inlet of the second temperature control module and used for exchanging heat with second equipment through the second temperature control module.
