Summary: | The invention relates to a carbon quantum dot based on cysteine and glucose as well as a preparation method and application of the carbon quantum dot. The carbon quantum dot is characterized by being prepared from glucose and L-cysteine in a molar ratio of 0.1-0.5. The carbon quantum dot is synthesized by using L-cysteine and glucose as reaction precursors through a microwave rapid reaction method, and ultraviolet visible light absorption spectrum and transmission spectrum tests show that nearly 100% ultraviolet absorption/shielding can be realized only by using a small amount of carbon quantum dots. The cysteine/glucose derived carbon quantum dots can inhibit apoptosis, reduce the oxidative stress level, improve the I-type collagen gene expression level and realize treatment of light aging. In addition, the cysteine/glucose derived carbon quantum dots can inhibit AAPH-induced senescence, and anti-senescence is realized by reducing oxidative stress reaction.
