Summary:The constant tension automatic reeling system for cold-roll includes a force-measuring circuit with tension sensor, a servo-actuator and a servocontrol circuit, in which the output shaft of the servo-actuator is firmly connected with the shaft of preset potentiometer of the speed-regulating control circuit, and the input end of the servocontrol circuit is equipped with a control signal switch circuit formed from force-measuring circuit output executive component. Said invention is simple in structure, reliable in operation, low in cost, and can implement constant tension automatic reeling of cold-rolled steel strip, and can be conveniently matched with two-high cold mill and four-high cold mill, and can effectively raise product quality and rate of finished products.
