The embodiment of the invention provides a liquid cooling assembly, a battery pack and a vehicle. Wherein the liquid cooling assembly comprises a first liquid cooling plate and a bar piece. The first liquid cooling plate is provided with a first heat dissipation surface and a second heat dissipation surface which are oppositely arranged along a first direction, the first heat dissipation surface is used for being arranged on a shoulder part of a battery cell group, and the first liquid cooling plate extends along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction; the sheet is used for electrically connecting two adjacent battery cells in the battery cell group, the sheet comprises a lap joint part and a heat dissipation part which are connected, the lap joint part is used for being in lap joint with two pole columns of the two adjacent battery cells, and the heat dissipation part is attached to the second heat dissipation surface. Therefore, the liquid cooling assembly provided by the embodiment of the
