The clean air conditioner fresh air processor with the energy-saving box comprises a fresh air pipe, a fresh air processing unit, the energy-saving box and an exhaust pipe, the fresh air pipe is connected to an air inlet section of the fresh air processing unit through a first air valve and led to an inlet of a heat exchange pipe set of the energy-saving box through a second air valve, and the energy-saving box comprises a middle chamber. The middle chamber is provided with a heat exchange pipe set, an outlet of the heat exchange pipe set is led to the air inlet section of the fresh air processing unit, the middle chamber is divided into a first cavity and a second cavity through an openable movable partition plate, the first cavity is provided with an openable exhaust air inlet and an openable exhaust air outlet, and the exhaust air inlet is connected with an exhaust air pipe connected with the clean chamber.
