Summary: | The invention relates to a hybrid switching power module and a Vienna rectifier topological structure, and the Vienna rectifier topological structure comprises a first main switch, a second main switch, a first output DC link capacitor and a second output DC link capacitor, the two hybrid switch power modules have the same structure, are symmetrically arranged to serve as bridge arms, and are respectively connected to two ends of a load; wherein the hybrid switch power module comprises an MOSFET (Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor), a silicon power diode serving as a hybrid main switch and a silicon carbide diode serving as a hybrid auxiliary switch; wherein the MOSFET tube and the silicon power diode are sequentially connected in series to form a first switch branch; and the silicon carbide diode is connected in parallel to two ends of the first switch branch to form a second switch branch.
