Each bridge arm circuit comprises an upper bridge arm switch module and a lower bridge arm switch module; the upper bridge arm switch module and the lower bridge arm switch module are connected in series between the first power supply end and the second power supply end, at least one of the upper bridge arm switch module and the lower bridge arm switch module comprises a first switch element and a second switch element, and the semiconductor types of the first switch element and the second switch element are inconsistent. According to the technical scheme, different needed switch elements are sealed in the single power integration module at the same time, the advantages of low switching loss and high large-current conduction capacity of the different switch elements are combined, the defects of insufficient conduction capacity, high cost and large switching
