Summary: | The invention relates to the technical field of biology, in particular to a method for positioning agmatine in a plant body and identifying binding protein. A fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC)-agmatine chemical cross-linked substance is applied to the roots of wheat, and then in-vivo positioning and binding protein identification can be rapidly and accurately performed on agmatine by utilizing an FITC antibody immunoprecipitation-mass spectrometric detection method; therefore, a methodological basis is provided for researching a drought-resisting and yield-increasing mechanism of agmatine.
