Summary: | The invention provides a hybrid core material splicing and stabilizing method for a composite sandwich structure. The method comprises the following steps: 1) processing foam and honeycombs; 2) drying; 3) paving a layer of polystyrene foam on the periphery of the honeycomb; 4) embedding the honeycomb with the polystyrene foam into the foam frame to form a mixed core material; 5) laying the adhesive film and the carbon fiber prepreg on the forming tool; (6) laying a mixed core material; (7) laying an adhesive film and a carbon fiber prepreg; (8) laying an isolating membrane, and placing a pressure equalizing plate in an abutted seam area of the upper surfaces of the honeycomb and the foam; (9) a forming tool edging assembly is installed on the periphery of the foam frame for foam protection; and 10) pasting a vacuum bag and curing.
