Summary: | The invention relates to the field of industrial waste resource utilization, in particular to an aluminum electrolysis carbon-based hazardous waste and electrolytic manganese anode slime co-processing method which comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out flotation treatment on aluminum electrolysis carbon residues, and recycling electrolyte and carbon powder; (2) mixing and roasting the carbon powder product and the electrolytic manganese anode slime; (3) acid leaching; (4) extracting and purifying; and (5) preparing manganous-manganic oxide by using a coprecipitation method.
