Summary: | The invention provides application of a CD81 gene as a molecular marker for radiosensitivity and immunosuppression of glioblastoma, and belongs to the technical field of biological medicines. The expression of the CD81 gene in glioblastoma radiation-tolerant strain cells is obviously higher than that in glioblastoma radiation-sensitive strain cells, the radiosensitivity of glioblastoma can be remarkably enhanced by inhibiting the expression level of the CD81 gene, and meanwhile, the tumor lethality of effector T cells in a tumor microenvironment can be enhanced.
