The needle box is provided with a filiform needle channel communicated with the rotating wheel cavity, and the cross section area of the filiform needle channel only allows a single filiform needle to pass through; the filiform needle rotating wheel is rotationally arranged in the rotating wheel cavity and attached to the inner wall of the rotating wheel cavity, and a plurality of needle storage grooves used for clamping filiform needles are formed in the circumferential surface of the filiform needle rotating wheel; the magnetic driving mechanism controls the filiform needle rotating wheel to rotate through on-off of magnetic force; and the percussion device is arranged at a position corresponding to the needle outlet hole in the needle box cylinder.
