Summary: | The invention discloses a preparation method and application of a polyamide nanofiltration composite membrane, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: A) placing a porous support layer in an aqueous solution containing organic amine and a rigid positively charged monomer, and impregnating to obtain an infiltrated porous support layer; and B) placing the infiltrated porous support layer obtained in the step A) in an organic solution containing polyacyl chloride, carrying out polymerization reaction, and drying to obtain the polyamide nanofiltration composite membrane.
