The invention relates to the technical field of medical images, in particular to an automatic sketching method for registration guidance in adaptive radiotherapy and application thereof, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining an original plan CT image, corresponding sketching information and a fractional image; performing image registration on the original planned CT image and the graded image, wherein a deformation field generated in the registration process is used for mapping sketching information in the original CT image; the CT image generated after registration, the sketching information after registration mapping and the fractional image are used as input of an automatic sketching model, training of the automatic sketching model is completed, and a predicted contour is obtained; performing post-processing operation on the predicted contour to generate final contour information; and the final contour information is uploaded to a radiotherapy planning system TPS for a doctor to modify and confirm.
