The invention provides an intelligent metering junction box device based on cloud-side cooperation, and the device comprises a sensor module which is used for collecting metering data in a power system; the edge calculation module is used for carrying out real-time data processing and analysis on the collected metering data, and uploading the collected metering data and/or a real-time analysis result to a cloud server through the communication module for storage and further processing; and the communication module is responsible for communicating with a cloud server. According to the invention, cloud computing and edge computing technologies are combined, real-time processing, large-scale storage and complex analysis of measurement data are realized, strong communication and linkage capabilities are provided, and secure transmission and protection of the data are ensured. The method has remarkable advantages in the aspects of improving the metering precision, the response speed and the data processing capacit
