The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a supporting device for a building shear wall, which comprises a base, a template bracket, a first connecting structure and an unfolding structure, the first connecting structure is used for quickly connecting the base with the template bracket and hinging the base with the template bracket; the unfolding structure comprises a supporting structure, a second connecting structure and a linear driving structure; the supporting structure is used for providing supporting force for the formwork support and comprises a supporting frame, and the supporting frame, the base and the formwork support form a triangular stable structure. The second connecting structure is parallel to the first connecting structure, and the second connecting structure is used for driving the supporting frame to be connected with the formwork support; the linear driving structure is used for driving the supporting frame to unfold the formwork support. The
