The invention relates to a full-automatic efficient box sealing and ticket sticking all-in-one machine which comprises a rack. The rack is provided with an adhesive tape sealing machine, a ticket pasting device and a control system, the rack is provided with a workbench, the workbench comprises a first conveying table and a second conveying table, the first conveying table is provided with a pushing assembly, and the pushing assembly is used for conveying box bodies to the second conveying table from the first conveying table; one end of the second conveying table communicates with the box output port and is provided with a conveying assembly for conveying the box to the output port and a deviation correcting mechanism for correcting the conveying direction of the box. The sealing tape machine is arranged above the first conveying table in a suspended mode and used for sealing the box body. The ticket pasting device is arranged above the second conveying table in a suspended mode and used for pasting tickets
