The invention discloses an evaluation detailed rule file data importing and matching method, which comprises the following steps that: an evaluation detailed rule file is read, and data of the evaluation detailed rule file is extracted, and the data in the evaluation detailed rule file at least comprises an examination work type, an examination item, an affiliated subject, an evaluation key point, a special evaluation detailed rule content and an affiliated content; cleaning data in the evaluation detailed rule file to remove invalid data in the data; converting data in the cleaned evaluation detailed rule file into data in a preset format; and matching the preset format data with data corresponding to the preset format data in a database by using a matching algorithm, and if the matching is successful, importing the preset format data in the evaluation detailed rule file into the examination work type, the examination item, the subject to which the examination item belongs or the examination content in the c
