The invention discloses a baby rocking chair. The baby rocking chair comprises a chair back piece with an outer hub, a supporting piece with an inner hub, a seat structure connected with the chair back piece and a locking mechanism. The inner hub is pivoted to the outer hub such that the seatback member is pivotable relative to the support member to form a folding X-bracket. The locking mechanism is arranged between the chair back piece and the supporting piece and comprises a sliding gear, and the sliding gear can slide between the outer hub and the inner hub in a translation mode so as to mesh the outer hub and the inner hub in a locking position and stop the inner hub from pivoting. The locking mechanism comprises an actuating piece with a pivot hub, and the pivot hub is pivoted with the outer hub and is provided with a slope structure.
