The invention provides a piracetam tablet and a preparation method thereof, the piracetam tablet comprises piracetam and an auxiliary material, and the weight ratio of piracetam to the auxiliary material is (90-97): (3-10); the auxiliary materials comprise a disintegrating agent, a flow aid and a lubricant; the preparation method comprises the steps of piracetam crushing, premixing, dry granulation, total mixing, tabletting and coating. Compared with existing wet granulation, the preparation method has the advantages of no need of solvent intervention, no need of wetting, drying and other procedures, short process chain, less used equipment, energy consumption saving, simple process, short period, low cost and easiness in batch production. 本发明提供了一种吡拉西坦片及其制备方法，包括吡拉西坦和辅料，吡拉西坦与辅料的重量比为90-97:3-10；辅料包括崩解剂、助流剂和润滑剂；其制备方法包括吡拉西坦粉碎、预混、干法制粒、总混、压片和包衣；与现有湿法制粒相比，无需溶媒的介入，无需湿润、干燥等工序，工艺链条较短，使用设备较少，节约能耗，工艺简单，周期较短且成本更低廉，易于批量化生产。
