Summary: | The present invention provides a fruity white tea production process, which comprises: S1, juicing fruits by using a fruit juice production mechanism, and cooking to form a fruit juice concentrate; step S2, placing freshly picked tea leaves on a fixation machine, and flattening the tea leaves through a flattening piece so as to realize the fixation effect of the tea leaves; s3, drying and withering the tea leaves after fixation to remove moisture in the tea leaves, and then atomizing and spraying a fruit juice concentrated solution on the surfaces of the withered tea leaves through a spraying piece; step S4, drying and withering the tea leaves again, locking the fruit juice concentrated solution in the tea leaves, then spraying the fruit juice concentrated solution again, and finally drying again to reduce the water content of the tea leaves to 4-10%, so as to obtain the fruity white tea.
