Summary:The invention provides a method for detecting cross reaction of food allergens, which comprises the following steps: establishing a Balb/c mouse model with allergen specificity and food allergy, and analyzing the proliferation condition of specific CD4 + T lymphocytes and the release level of cytokine IL-2 in mononuclear cell culture supernatant; compared with PBS, the to-be-detected food allergen significantly stimulates the proliferation of modeled allergen specific CD4 + T lymphocytes, and the release level of IL-2 is significantly increased, indicating that a cross reaction exists between the to-be-detected food allergen and the specific allergen of the sensitized mouse.
