Summary: | According to the high-strength multifunctional multilevel structure coating and the preparation method, an infrared laser and plasma synchronous composite high-efficiency cladding method is adopted, a micron-sized columnar crystal structure perpendicular to a base body is obtained and serves as a pure heat-conducting and electricity-conducting channel, and submicron and nanoscale ceramic reinforced phases are formed among columnar crystals and distributed along the crystal boundary; according to the multi-stage organization structure, the hardness, the abrasion resistance and the electric and thermal conductivity of the copper alloy cladding layer are synchronously improved, and the damage protection reliability of a copper alloy part applied to an extreme environment is improved. The method is suitable for damage protection of copper alloy applied to lead frames, high-speed rail contact lines, rocket engine combustion chambers, nuclear fusion devices, electromagnetic guns and other extreme environments.
