The invention relates to an IGCT converter valve module which comprises a valve module frame, IGCT valve assemblies and a water cooling system, the number of the IGCT valve assemblies is two, the IGCT valve assemblies are installed on the valve module frame, and each IGCT valve assembly comprises a reactor assembly located in the middle of the valve module frame. The IGCT silicon stack, the lightning arrester assembly, the power supply assembly and the damping capacitor assembly are located on one side of the electric reactor assemblies and arranged in parallel, and the electric reactor assemblies of the two IGCT valve assemblies are arranged in parallel and oppositely.
