Summary:The invention provides a large-tonnage air spring vertical static rigidity and pressure resistance testing method which comprises the following steps: S1, fixing an air spring at a certain height through a constraint boundary; s2, pressurizing the air spring step by step through an air pressure loading system; and S3, observing and recording a load value borne by the air spring through a force transducer connected in series with the air spring, observing and recording the load change condition of each stage, and recording the change rule of the displacement under the maximum load. According to the system, a fixed-height and variable-pressure mode is adopted, load values under different pressures are measured through the force measuring sensor, a large hydraulic actuator and control equipment thereof are not needed in the whole link, and the load testing requirement can still be met.
