Summary:The invention discloses a bi-component modified polyether sealant and a preparation method thereof. The bi-component modified polyether sealant comprises a component A and a component B. The component A is prepared from, by weight, 50 parts of polyether amine, 80-100 parts of filler, 5-8 parts of light stabilizer and 1.5-2 parts of coupling agent. The component B is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 20 parts of oligomer, 0.2-0.4 part of fumed silica and 0.5-0.8 part of light stabilizer; the oligomer is prepared from a diamine compound, toluene diisocynate and terephthalaldehyde. The double-component modified polyether sealant disclosed by the invention has the advantages of high strength, high elongation, excellent room-temperature rapid self-healing performance, construction performance and the like; the problems that the sealing performance cannot be guaranteed after an existing polyether sealant product is cracked and a common self-healing elastomer (low in strength and elongation)
