Summary: | The invention provides a preparation method of multifunctional conductive rubber, which comprises the following steps: modifying nylon fibers, performing catalytic activation, and chemically plating cobalt-tungsten-phosphorus alloy to obtain conductive nylon composite fibers; and adding the conductive nylon composite fiber into a mixed solution of polymethylvinylsiloxane, epoxy acrylate, carbomer resin, 1, 6-hexanediol diacrylate, hydroxyethyl methylacrylate, tripropylene glycol diacrylate, pentaerythritol triacrylate and benzoin methyl ether, mixing, and vulcanizing to obtain the multifunctional conductive rubber. The multifunctional conductive rubber material prepared by the technical scheme of the invention has the comprehensive performance of electro-thermal conversion, electromagnetic shielding, mechanical sensing and temperature sensing, is excellent in performance index, and has the technical effect which cannot be realized by other conductive rubber materials.
