Abstract | The invention provides a virus polypeptide-protein subunit combined vaccine based on a DNA (Deoxyribose Nucleic Acid) nanotechnology as well as a preparation method and application of the virus polypeptide-protein subunit combined vaccine, and belongs to the technical field of biological products. According to the virus polypeptide-protein subunit combined vaccine based on the DNA nanotechnology, tetrahedral framework nucleic acid formed by assembling DNA chains is used as a carrier, one edge of the tetrahedral framework nucleic acid is coupled with a protein antigen causing activation of virus specific T cells, and four vertexes of the tetrahedral framework nucleic acid are coupled with virus B cell epitope peptides.
