Summary:Primers for detecting mutations in microsatellites contained in a target sequence of a double-stranded DNA molecule, wherein the mutations are a frame shift of the microsatellites compared to a corresponding wild-type microsatellite sequence. In addition to the primer comprising 1 to 4, or 1 to 3 nucleotides that are mismatched with a target sequence comprising a mutation in the microsatellite and also mismatched with a corresponding sequence comprising a wild-type microsatellite, the primer comprises a region of at least 10 nucleotides that is complementary to a target sequence of an antisense strand or sense strand of a DNA molecule comprising a microsatellite having a frameshift mutation. 用于检测双链DNA分子的靶序列中所含的微卫星中的突变的引物,其中所述突变是与相应的野生型微卫星序列相比的微卫星的移码。除了引物包括与含有微卫星中突变的靶序列错配并且也与含有野生型微卫星的相应序列错配的1个至4个,或1至3个核苷酸外,引物包含至少10个核苷酸的区域,所述区域与含有具有移码突变的微卫星的DNA分子的反义链或有义链的靶序列互补。
